Navigating Curiosities
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book us 12 to 18 months before their wedding, especially for dates between May and October. If your date is closer, get in touch anyway, we'll always check our availability.
How do we secure our date?
Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and a 600€ booking fee is paid.
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
Our collections include up to 10 or 12 hours of coverage, following the day from the getting ready to the evening celebration. Additional hours can be added if needed.
Do you offer both photography and film?
Yes. You can book photography only, film only, or both. Our photo and film collections include a team of two photographers and two videographers, so every important moment is captured from different angles while we stay discreet throughout the day.
How many photos will we receive?
Depending on your collection, you'll receive between 700 and 1,000 or an unlimited number of professionally edited, high-resolution images, delivered in a private online gallery that's easy to view, share and download.
What types of films do you offer?
Every film collection includes a Wedding Film of around 10 to 15 minutes, a complete and immersive story of your day. Depending on your collection, it can also include a 1 to 2 minute Wedding Teaser. You can add a Highlight Film of up to 5 minutes, an Instagram Reel, or a separate film with the speeches in full. All footage is captured, edited and delivered in 4K.
When will we receive our photos and film?
Photos are delivered within 90 days and films within 6 to 8 months. If you can't wait, our Fast Delivery option brings this down to 30 days for photos and 60 days for film. You can also add Sneak Peeks: 30 to 50 images delivered within 48 hours, perfect for sharing right after the wedding.
Do you provide RAW files?
Our editing is a big part of our style, so RAW files aren't included in our collections. If you'd like them, RAW photos and raw video footage are available as an add-on.
Do you film the speeches?
Your Wedding Film includes the most meaningful moments of the speeches, woven naturally into the story. If you'd like them in full, our Speeches Film add-on gives you a multi-camera edit of every speech as a separate film. Please note that if speeches happen during dinner, between courses, we may not always be present unless this add-on is booked.
Do you use a drone?
Yes, where permitted. Drone footage is used selectively to add context and scale to your film, and can be added to any film collection.
Do you also shoot on film?
Yes. For couples who love the texture of analogue photography, we offer film photography, with 90 to 140 film images delivered alongside our digital coverage.
Do you offer engagement or day-after sessions?
Yes. We offer engagement sessions, as well as day-before or day-after sessions of up to 2 hours, a relaxed moment to create portraits without the rush of the wedding day.
Can we choose the music for our film?
We carefully choose music that reflects your story and the feeling of the day, but we love hearing your preferences. Just let us know before the wedding. Some songs can't be used due to licensing, but we'll always find an alternative with a similar mood.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We're based in Portugal and love photographing weddings across Europe and beyond. Travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on the location.
